Understanding how to use your Web Source shipping address
The process to get your package delivered begins with you. Once you provide the correct shipping address to your online retailer (e.g., Amazon.com), your package will be sent to our warehouse in Miami.
When we receive it, we use your Account Number to identify YOU as the final recipient. It's nearly impossible to identify packages by name alone, so ALWAYS include your GRE Account Number. Your account number is even more important than your name!
Some websites (e.g., Forever21.com) may suggest "SUITE" or "STE" instead of "BLDG". Use "BLDG" if possible, but alternatives like "STE" or "SUITE" work just fine too.
This is your unique account number (e.g., GRE 1234). Without it, we'll need to use "Package Detective" to identify your packages. Always include it - it's more important than your name!
You may receive "DORAL" as an alternative city suggestion when entering your address. "Miami" is preferred, but "Doral" will also work perfectly fine to get your package to us.
The 4-digit extension helps identify our warehouse location. Some sites may suggest "2191" instead - both are valid. Some websites may not require the extension at all.
Some websites ask for a phone number with your shipping address. You can use your personal phone number - the one your bank has on file for your credit card.
Always include "GRE" followed by your account number. This is more important than your name for package identification.
If others use your account (family, friends), make sure they know the correct address format and always include the account number.
Before completing your order, verify that your Web Source address and account number are correct. Small mistakes can cause delays.
